I stayed here for some strolls and overall, it was a pretty comfy experience. the staff was super friendly and helpful, always ready to share tips. Our room was awesome with a mega cozy bed and a killer view 😊.

I loved the staff, they are fantastic friendly. Its location is good, near to the mall, capital Park, and old Sacramento, Golden One Center and nearby restaurants and coffee shop...

Our trip was for a concert, and we stayed at Hyatt Centric. the interior decor was stunning with unique artwork. the staff was exceptional and very helpful. the food was pricey but delicious. the room was clean with a super comfy bed. Free breakfast was a bonus!

Stunningly beautiful and absolutely amazing hotel with a WONDERFUL stuff and a roof top bar. Amazing building and rooms with a view. Central location, not too far away from Old Sacramento Historic District. Honestly no complaints.

The meals were varied and delicious, and we really enjoyed the recently renovated and well-designed double room with a view.

The room was well, kept and had great facilities like central heating, a laptop, size safe, and a flat, screen TV. the hotel's location was really convenient, just a 5, minute walk from a well, known museum.

The hotel’s location is perfect for exploring nearby attractions, and the bar/restaurant in the lobby is a great spot for a drink. the staff was super friendly and helpful, making my solo stay enjoyable. Plus, the breakfast was tasty and reasonably priced.

We had an enjoyable stay here. The prime location near Starbucks was perfect for grabbing coffee before we headed out. We also loved the room service which kept everything clean and comfortable. The staff was amazingly helpful and friendly. Additionally, the bed was delightfully comfortable.

This place has newly renovated rooms with great views, along with friendly staff nearby.

Our room had a beautiful decor and was conveniently located in the heart of Downtown Sacramento. The hotel was clean and close to the event we were attending. We also enjoyed the festive ambiance of the lobby during our December visit.

We experienced some challenges with parking as only valet parking was available. We were also disappointed by the lack of options for in-room dining and the early closure of the food services.
